Motion by the petitioner-appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 23, 2015, as dismissed an appeal from an order of fact-finding of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 14, 2015, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-00478, and to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the same court also dated January 14, 2015, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-00476.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to recall and vacate so much of the decision and order on motion dated February 23, 2015, as dismissed the appeal from the order of fact-finding is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated January 14, 2015, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-00476, is granted, and the petitioner-appellant's time to perfect that appeal by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]) and by serving and filing the petitioner-appellant's brief on the appeal is enlarged until September 8, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that motion is otherwise denied as academic.
