In the Matter of Joseph R. Speranza, appellant,

v Marie A. Speranza, respondent.

(Docket No. F-4435-07/14D)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Joseph R. Speranza from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 9, 2015. By scheduling order dated June 26, 2015, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until July 22, 2015. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.

RIVERA, J.P., BALKIN, AUSTIN and MALTESE, JJ., concur.
