| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Sandra Fuentes from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 1, 2014. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 9, 2015, the appellant was directed to file on or before July 9, 2015, in the office of the Clerk of this Court an affidavit setting forth that she had paid for the transcript, the date of payment, and the date by which the transcript was expected. The appellant has failed to file the affidavit.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 9, 2015 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]).
