Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 7, 2015, which granted the respondents' motion to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 3, 2014, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument. Separate motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, in effect, to stay all proceedings concerning the appellant's residence.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's motions are denied.
