| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Rodi Automotive, Inc., Herbert J. Blumberg, David Blumberg, Martin Blumberg, and Bruce Blumberg on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 31, 2015, and an order of the same court entered March 26, 2015, to stay enforcement of the judgment pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, so much of the defendants' notice of appeal from the judgment as is on behalf of Rodi Automotive, Inc., is deemed to be a notice of cross appeal by Rodi Automotive, Inc., from the order (see CPLR 5512); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
