| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, both dated May 19, 2014, and to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with appeals from two orders of the same court dated April 4, 2013, and March 18, 2014, respectively, to be filed in connection with the appeals from the judgments.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders are deemed to be filed in connection with the appeals from the judgments, and on or before August 27, 2015, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgments and the notice of appeal filed in connection with those judgments.
