Appeal by Kenyatta M., Sr., from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 22, 2015. By decision and order on motion of this Court, dated June 29, 2015, the appellant was directed to file in the office of the Clerk of this Court on or before July 30, 2015, an affidavit or affirmation setting forth that the transcript had been ordered and paid for, the date thereof and the date by which the transcript was expected. The appellant has failed to comply with the decision and order on motion dated June 29, 2015.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion dated June 29, 2015 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]).
