Application by the respondents Redeemer Lutheran School and Evangelical Lutheran Church of Redeemer pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 29, 2014, and a judgment of the same court entered December 16, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 8, 2015, and the applicants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
