ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 11, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered October 23, 2014, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "October 23, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "October 23, 2014."
