| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for poor person relief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 19, 2013, and a judgment of the same court dated October 4, 2013, and, in effect, to recall and vacate an order on application of this Court dated May 20, 2015, which granted the appellant's application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
