DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the defendants Mukund R. Patel and Comprehensive Hand Surgery, P.C., to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 15, 2014, for failure to timely perfect, and on the ground that the appellants are not aggrieved.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as the movants lack standing to seek that relief because they are not parties to the appeal; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]).
