| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered October 1, 2014, for leave to reargue those branches of his prior motion which were for free transcripts, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 3, 2015, or for leave to prosecute the appeal without the transcripts of the proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to obtain, settle and file the transcripts of the proceedings is extended until October 13, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 12, 2015, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
