DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 30, 2015, as directs them to comply with the respondents' discovery demand dated December 10, 2014, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order as directs the appellants to produce an unredacted copy of the investigative/claims file created and maintained by Chubb Insurance Company and produce Carol S. Press for a deposition is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated April 30, 2015, and the motion is otherwise denied.
