ORDERED that the scheduling order this Court dated July 21, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated August 19, 2014, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "August 17, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "August 24, 2015."
