Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 8, 2010, February 1, 2012, and June 27, 2013, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated January 28, 2015, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
