| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 30, 2014, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 29, 2015, as conditioned a stay of her eviction from the subject premises as well as a stay of all proceedings in a matter entitled Fannie Mae v Dickerson, pending in the Sixth District Court, Suffolk County, under Index No. L & T 1315/14, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before July 13, 2015. Cross motion by the respondent to vacate the stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion dated May 29, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "July 13, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "September 14, 2015"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
