ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated June 23, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated November 28, 2014, January 21, 2015 and April 27, 2015, respectively, is amended by adding ", and the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 19, 2015, is vacated forthwith" after the word "disbursements" in the decretal paragraph.
