Application by the respondents Nassau County Police Officer Indemnification Board, Michael J. Sposato, Daniel J. McCoy, and Thomas C. Krumpter, and separate application by the respondents Thomas V. Dale, John Ciampoli, Edward Mangano, and Nassau County Police Department pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 2, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until September 18, 2015, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
