| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Village of Pomona from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated July 11, 2012. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 16, 2015, the appellant's time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 24, 2014, as amended February 10, 2015, was extended until July 17, 2015. The appellant has failed to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 24, 2014.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 24, 2014.
