Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered March 12, 2014. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with certain transcripts and documents to aid in the preparation of the pro se supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is denied; and it is further,
