On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated July 10, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered May 20, 2013, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "an order," and substituting therefor the words "a judgment."
