| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the plaintiff-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 20, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the plaintiff-respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 24, 2015, and the plaintiff-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that service of the plaintiff-respondent's brief must be effected pursuant to CPLR 2103(b)(1) or (3).
