| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent 251 Main Street Corp. on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 23, 2015, inter alia, to vacate a stay of a sale of certain jewelry, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 9, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to vacate the stay is granted, and the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 9, 2015, is vacated forthwith; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
