| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION A) |
Motion by the appellant Antonio Lemon on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated January 23, 2015, to enlarge the time to perfect his appeal and, in effect, to confirm that a stay of enforcement of the order dated January 23, 2015, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court, dated February 9, 2015, as amended May 12, 2014, and June 24, 2015, remains in effect, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and branch of the motion which is, in effect, to confirm that a stay of enforcement of the order dated January 23, 2015, remains in effect, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time of Antonio Lemon to perfect his appeal is granted, and the time of Antonio Lemon to perfect his appeal is enlarged until September 1, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
