SCHEDULING ORDER ,

Appeal by Rahsaan J. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 7, 2013. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is

ORDERED that the time for the petitioner-respondent and the attorney for the children to serve and file their respective briefs on the appeal is enlarged until September 17, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
