Application by the appellant pro se to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court, dated December 10, 2014, which granted his motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on his appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, rendered September 5, 2012, and to deem the motion withdrawn.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 10, 2014, which granted his motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is recalled and vacated, and the appellant's motion is deemed withdrawn.
