Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Jefferson County Court, rendered May 29, 2015,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Seth Buchman, Esq. dated July 22, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Seth Buchman, Esq. is hereby directed to file the notice of appeal dated June 10, 2015 in accordance with CPL 460.10 on or before September 11, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that if said notice of appeal is timely filed, the notice, which inaccurately lists the indictment number as 632-13, shall be treated as valid as to indictment number 14-398-13, pursuant to CPL 460.10 (6).
