It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the children submit a supplemental record on appeal containing the notice of appeal filed on behalf of the children, proof of service of the notice of appeal, and the attorney for the children's statement pursuant to CPLR 5531, together with proof of service of the supplemental record, on or before August 27, 2015, and

It is further ORDERED that the brief filed by the attorney for the children on April 1, 2015, shall be accepted as an appellant's brief, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent's briefs shall be filed on or before September 11, 2015.
