Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered July 1, 2014, in effect, to confirm that appellant is in compliance with a decision and order on motion of this court dated November 12, 2014. Separate motion by appellant to strike respondent's papers in opposition to his motion, in effect, to confirm.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for the purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motions are denied.
