Appeal from a decision of the District Court of Suffolk County, Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, dated June 18, 2015. The decision acquitted defendant of eight traffic infractions.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.

As relevant here, CPL 450.10 authorizes a defendant to appeal from a judgment. A judgment is "comprised of a conviction and the sentence imposed thereon" (CPL 1.20 [15]; see People v Smith, 15 NY3d 669 [2010]). The Criminal Procedure Law does not authorize a defendant to appeal an acquittal.
