Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered October 25, 2012, to enlarge the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this court dated September 11, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant's time to serve and file an amended appellant's brief is enlarged to 30 days from the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent may serve and file a respondent's brief within 21 days after appellant's amended brief is served; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant, if he be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days after respondent's brief is served.
