Application by the respondents-respondents Gary E. Link and the Board of Assessment Review of the Town of Kent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated November 6, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the time of the respondents-respondents Gary E. Link and the Board of Assessment Review of the Town of Kent to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 8, 2015, the brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
