Renewed motion by the appellant pro se to recall and vacate a decision and order of this Court dated February 24, 2015, which, inter alia, dismissed appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 4, 2013, and an order of the same court entered August 21, 2013, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]) and prior orders of this Court, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
