Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated June 10, 2014 is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect said appeal is extended to October 16, 2015, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to appeal from the orders of Supreme Court dated October 8, 2013 and May 23, 2013 is referred to Justice Lahtinen, who makes the following decision: Motion denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated June 9, 2013 and November 25, 2013 is denied, without costs, and said appeals are dismissed.
