It is Ordered that said application, pursuant to CPLR § 5704(b), is granted to the extent of vacating the stay of the enforcement of the warrant of eviction, contained in the Order to Show Cause returnable on August 28, 2015. The warrant of eviction may be executed after personal service of a copy of this order upon Felicia Bookman, David Bookman and Anthony Bookman, 1156 E. 223rd Street, 1st Floor, Apt 1, Bronx, N.Y., 10466, and filing proof thereof with the Clerk of the Civil Court.
