DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from five orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, one dated May 13, 2014, three dated May 16, 2014, and one dated July 28, 2014 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2014-05919, 2014-05920, 2014-05921, 2014-05922, 2014-08070), and two orders of the same court dated May 16, 2014, and May 6, 2015 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2015-05618, 2015-05619), to be awarded custody of the subject children, for poor person relief, for the assignment of counsel, to stay enforcement of the orders pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to consolidate the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2014-05919, 2014-05920, 2014-05921, 2014-05922, and 2014-08070.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2014-05919, 2014-05920, 2014-05921, 2014-05922, and 2014-08070 is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 23, 2014, which consolidated these appeals; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2014-05919, 2014-05920, 2014-05921, 2014-05922, and 2014-08070 is enlarged until September 21, 2015.
