ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file the answering briefs, the respondent's brief, and the reply briefs on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 29, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file their respective answering briefs is enlarged until October 21, 2015, and the respondents-appellants' briefs, including their points of argument on the cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 23, 2015, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants-respondents' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 21, 2015, and the appellants-respondents' reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file their respective reply briefs is enlarged until January 15, 2016, and the respondents-appellants' reply briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
