Bagga and Cimran Co., Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 5, 2014, and April 24, 2015, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until September 16, 2015, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
