On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 10, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a resentence of the Supreme Court, Queens County, imposed April 17, 2015, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the word "Kings," and substituting therefor the word "Queens."
