Appeal by Kenneth Conway from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 30, 2015. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 8, 2015, all proceedings in the above-entitled action were stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before August 7, 2015. The appeal has not been perfected.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 8, 2015, is vacated forthwith.
