| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Pedro Cabrera from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated December 11, 2014. By order to show cause dated June 17, 2015, pursuant to § 670.4(a)(5) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a][5]), the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled proceedings for failure to comply with a scheduling order dated March 10, 2015.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the order to show cause on behalf of the appellant:
