Motion by respondents for leave to renew an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 25, 2006, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated March 13, 2008 (19 Misc 3d 130[A], 2008 NY Slip Op 50543[U]).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave to renew is granted (see CPLR 2221[e] [2]), this court's decision and order dated March 13, 2008 are recalled and vacated, and a new decision and order substituted therefor (see appeal No. 2007-60 K C, decided simultaneously herewith).
