Motion by the respondent John F. Aloia to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action concerning him, pending determination of his motion for leave to reargue appeals from three judgments of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered February 17, 2012, June 25, 2013, and September 6, 2013, respectively, and two orders of the same court dated January 5, 2012, and April 4, 2013, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 15, 2015, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 19, 2015.
