| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 20, 2015, which dismissed an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 1, 2014, and denied as academic her application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal, to grant the application, and to stay her eviction, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
