Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Herkimer County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on October 16, 2014, and November 19, 2014, and respondent Thomas W. Murtaugh, Jr., having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of John J. Raspante, Esq., dated August 14, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
