Application by the appellant-respondent, on appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 4, 2014, and November 12, 2014, respectively, in effect, to substitute Shavonn Lucas, as administrator of the estate of Andre Wright, for Shavonn Lucas, as temporary administrator of the estate of Andre Wright, as the appellant-respondent, and to amend the caption accordingly.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, Shavonn Lucas, as administrator of the estate of Andre Wright is substituted for Shavonn Lucas, as temporary administrator of the estate of Andre Wright, as the appellant-respondent, and the caption is amended accordingly.
