| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from a corrected decision and order (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 21, 2014, and two orders of the same court dated January 12, 2015, and February 5, 2015, respectively, to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew by a motion made simultaneously with the perfection of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until October 1, 2015, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
