DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 3, 2014, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated September 24, 2014, and reinstated and continued by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 8, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellant perfect the appeal by October 2, 2015 and continue to comply with the other conditions contained in the decision and order on motion of this court dated January 8, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
