| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all discovery in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, dated July 8, 2015, and July 9, 2015, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
