DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated October 28, 2013, as a poor person.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal and this motion are transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts; and it is further,

ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with the appeal and this motion shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh and Thirteenth Judicial Districts.
